Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus!

This month we celebrate Veteran’s Day and Thanksgiving and we give God praise with a grateful heart for both! Because we have men and women who were willing to sacrifice their lives for our country we can boldly worship the one true God and openly give thanks for His many blessings. We are so blessed to live in a free nation! With everything going on in this country we still experience more freedoms than many countries in the world. Thank you, Veterans for your service and sacrifices! Thank you, Lord for your goodness, your love, your grace, your mercy, your salvation, and your Word!

As Christians we should live a daily life of Thanksgiving. “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.” Psalm 100:4  Also, as Christians, we should be praying for our nation and supporting those who lead our nation in a Godly manner if we are to continue living in freedom. Our enemy, the devil, wants to steal, kill and destroy the church and our nation and the Godly principals on which we were founded. But God is greater and our prayers avail much!!

So, as we enter into this special Holiday Season let us remember to “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
